Vegetable Tango
Ingredients:
Eggplant
Tomatoes
Feta cheese
Basil sauce
Salt
Pepper
Cherry tomatoes
Preparation:
Cut the eggplant, fry.
Place all the tomatoes, fried eggplant and cheese slices.
