Valpolicella - Ernest Hemingway's favorite wine, wine-classical model of Venetto.Velvety, full bodied with a pleasant cherry aroma and slightly bitter. Wine is produced from the Valpolicella Classico traditional grape growing region in the western area. It ismatured for two months in Slovenian oak barrels and four months in stainless steeltanks. A good companion for Italian cuisine: paste, pizza, dishes of white meat.
